Our first craft workshop will be a Cultural Product Development workshop in Red Bay in late May. Red Bay’s 16th century Basque whaling site is Labrador’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Craft Labrador is working in cooperation with the Parks Canada staff at Red Bay to develop craft ideas related to the inspiring objects, materials and themes that visitors discover during their visit to the site.
